JUST GLO POLICY & FAQs

At Just Glo, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each guest. These policies are designed to protect your time and the time required to provide a personalized salon experience.

  • A 50% non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure all appointments. Reservation fees are applied toward the final service balance.

  • Appointments may be rescheduled one time online at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Reservation fees may be transferred to the new appointment date when proper notice is given.

  • Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment willm forfeit the reservation fee.

  • Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. Future appointments may require prepayment in full.

  • Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may forfeit their mreservation fee.

  • Consultations are required for new color transformations, corrective color services, extension installations, hair loss concerns, and services requiring additional planning.

  • Results may vary based on hair history, condition, previous color, and at home care. Multiple appointments may be required to achieve desired results while maintaing hair integrity.

  • Custom hair orders must be paid in full before ordering. Hair purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged once ordered.

  • To maintain a relaxing salon environment, additional guests and children not receiving services are not permitted.

  • Guests experiencing symptoms of illneess should reschedule their appointment as soon as possible.

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of professional salon services, refunds are not provided on completed services, reservation fees. or custom hair orders.

  • If you have concerns regarding your service, please contact Just Glo within 7days of your appointmennt so ,we may review and address the concern.
