New guests are required to book a consultation prior to chemical, or extension service.

A 30% non-refundable reservation fee is required to secure all appointments at the Carpentersville location, and will be applied toward your final service total.

Chicago appointments are reserved through the Salon Sevhn link provided through this site.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a 50% service fee and will be recorded a no-show. Clients may reschedule their appointment online up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled time.

A 15 minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in cancellation and will be subject to cancellation policy.

Due to limited space, and salon environment, no extra guests are permitted. No exceptions .
